Application Procedures

1. Fill in application form (Last date for submitting the form is October 15th, 2022)
2. Event organizer will select the qualified application and will inform the chosen ones via email bangkokhotrod.contest@gmail.com within October 18th, 2022
3. 3. The selected contestants are required to confirm by replying email with the attachment of application fees payment slip within 5 business days.
   • Application Fees : THB1,500 for Custom Motorcycle / THB2,500 for Custom Car
   • Fail to complete the payment within deadline will result in automatically disclaim
4. Event organizer will send confirmation email with attachment of contest details and manual along with meeting schedule within October 25, 2022
5. Contestants bring their vehicle to the venue on Thursday, November 3rd during 10.00 a.m. – 18.00 p.m. Please bring paper works you have received via email to present at the registration booth.
   You will be received;
   1. display space for Custom Motorcycle (2.50 m X 2.00 m) or custom car (6.00 X 3.00 m). Please note that you will be allowed to decorate to show your creativity within your space only.
   2. 5 Amp socket (1 spot) within your display space
   3. 4 Tickets per space (2 tickets per day) for regular show day on Nov 5-6, 2022
      • Tickets will be available to pick up on “performance testing” day
      • In case the contestants lost their tickets, they will need to pay for new tickets themselves.

Lists of Award

• The contestants are not required to choose category since their custom motorcycle/car may be qualify to win more than 1 prize
• Event organizer reserves right to adjust/remove/cancel any category in case less than 5 custom bike/car joining the contest on that category

Award Lists

• The Winner of THE BEST OF SHOW (MOTORCYCLE / CAR) will be received the Honor Award with a package custom culture to join Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show including round trips ticket for Bangkok-Japan-Bangkok, accommodation and show ticket (Limited 1 prize)
  
• Winner of “BEST” in each category will be received Honor Award along with THB5,000 prize

Rating Guidelines

Our judges we have invited are world famous professionals with knowledge and years of experience from different countries. They will be using the following guidelines for rating

• Practical use: 20 scores

• • For those who pass the test drive will receive 20 points for “Practical use” to combine with other scores
  • For those who fail the test drive will not receive any score for “Practical use”

• Perfect combination of design: 20 scores
• Paint Job & One Off Parts: 20 scores
• Stylishness & Creativity: 20 scores
• Resolution of workpiece & Sheet Metal Work: 20 scores

Winner Announcing Schedule

• November 5th, 2022 : Winner of Custom Car and International Guest’s Pick
• November 6th, 2022 : Winner of Custom Motorcycle and THE BEST OF SHOW (MOTORCYCLE/ CAR)
